Product Description

Introduction
YL stainless steel sanitary grade Self-priming Pump adopts acid-resisting stainless steel (AISI 304, 316) in pump body, which has unique acid and alkali resistance, and comply with sanitary requirements for foods.
As a positive displacement pump, its features are superior to centrifugal pump since it suction liquid mixed with air or foams and even merely air. 
It is widely used to suction material with liquid level below the pump, For instance in the milking room, it suctions milk from the milk barrel. 
It can also be used in automatic CIP cleaning system as return flow pump in cleaning tank. The mechanical sealing is the build-in influx type, and the temperature of suctioned material is no higher than 100ºC.


Main Features
1. The impeller is designed as open type impeller, which deepens the inlet cavity of impeller, enhance the inlet feature of pump and avoid cavitation, with sanitary mirror polishing.
2. The impeller and shaft are designed as taper matching, and the locking nut is provided with seal to prevent the liquid from entering the shaft sleeve and thread, or else, dead comer will be produced.
3. The mechanical seal is so designed that there is no bolt and spring contacting material ,which can be thoroughly cleaned without any pollution.
4. The pump body is provided with drain valve to discharge residua liquid so as to guarantee there is no dead corner.
5. Materials: the liquid passing parts (wetted parts) can be made of SS304 or SS316L. The roughness after fine mirror polishing is Ra<0.4um.
6. The parts and connections that the liquid will pass must be cleaned and there shall have no residuals after cleaning and sterilization, so as to realize the sanitary and aseptic conception in a real sense.

1. Apply to the transfer of the mediums that are low/middle viscosity, low corrosive & with suspended solid.
2. Mainly used for pharmacy, liquor industry, food industry, chemical industry, drink and other industries.
